Earlier today Empire revealed their Star Wars: The Force Awakens villains collector’s cover image, the first of two exclusive fold outs. Without missing a beat, the second cover featuring the film’s new generation of heroes has been released. The new hope of the Star Wars saga take center stage: Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), and Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac).
The magazine’s second exclusive fold out cover also reveals BB-8 and the Millennium Falcon on the desert planet Jakku with First Order Tie Fighters flying overhead.
It’s worth noting it appears the Falcon has its original round dish here and not the square one seen in the first teaser trailer and this promo image below. The familiar round dish was lost during the high speed escape from the second Death Star in Return of the Jedi.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 18th.
