Last week we brought you a sneak peek at some tie-in toys for Man of Steel, and today we hit the DC Collectibles booth at the 2013 Toy Fair and got another preview of what is to come when Superman returns to the big screen this June.
Among the other new releases from the New 52 and Injustice: Gods Among Us, four highly detailed 12″ statues from the upcoming film directed by Zack Snyder were on display and bear unmistakably likeness to the actors we will see portraying the iconic DC characters on the big screen.
First up is obviously Superman in his redesigned costume and played by Henry Cavill. Kal-El’s father Jor-El (Russell Crowe) is seen in his native alien outfit, and notably also wearing the ‘S’ insignia. General Zod (Michael Shannon) and Faora (Antje Traue) are decked out in their metallic Kryptonian armor.
