We got an unexpected sneak peek at Jared Leto’s The Joker from Suicide Squad earlier this week on the subscriber’s December issue of Empire Magazine. Now check out official alternate newsstand cover images featuring Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith) and Enchantress (Cara Delevigne) and The Joker.
There haven’t been too many official character images released by Warner Bros. from David Ayer’s adaptation of DC Comics team of anti-heroes, so this is a welcome preview. The film is in post production, so we should be seeing more down the line soon. But until then, check out these amazing Suicide Squad Empire Magazine covers.
Directed by David Ayer, Suicide Squad is set for for release on August 5, 2016 and stars Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Jared Leto (Joker), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), Jay Hernandez (El Diablo), Common, Adam Beach (Slipknot), Jim Parrack, Ike Barinholtz and Scott Eastwood.
The new issue of Empire hits newsstands on October 29th.
