There has been little on the miss side with things concerning Legendary & Warner Bros.’ re-imagining of Godzilla. It all seems to be hit hit hit.
The new two and half minute trailer unleashed today reveals the destructive power of the iconic nuclear lizard and provides long time fans with the knowledge that welcome nods to past incarnations were not lost to the filmmakers. A manic Bryan Cranston is heavily featured in this latest sneak peek of what look to be a monstrous hit and hopefully a welcome comeback for the franchise.
Directed by Gareth Edwards, Godzilla stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins, Ken Watanabe, and David Strathairn. The film opens in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D on May 16th.
