Looks like Mark Hamill has been wanting to take to Twitter on this one for some time. Now that the cats are out of the bag, and the cast for Star Wars: Episode VII has been officially announced, Hamill shared this Tweet of relief this to his online followers.

Now we can speculate as to what Hamill may look like as Luke Skywalker, a Jedi Master three decades after Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.
