Paramount dropped the trailer to the upcoming live action big screen reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. There has been endless online speculation and debate on this film, produced y Michael Bay and featuring his former Transformers star Megan Fox as April O’Neil and Will Arnett, and now we finally have the first look at the new version of the iconic Turtle superheroes.
Official synopsis:
The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.
Directed by Jonathan Liebesman, (Battle: LA), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is set for theatres on August 8th and stars Megan Fox, Alan Ritchson, Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard, Noel Fisher, Danny Woodburn, and William Fichtner.
