Via his Twitter account, director Zack Snyder gave us our first glimpse at the Batmobile that Ben Affleck’s Batman will be driving in the upcoming Man of Steel follow-up, tentatively referred to as Batman Vs. Superman.
While still under cover, we can tell it’s not quite the tank that Christian Bale had in the Dark Knight Trilogy, but this new Batmobile looks like a hybrid of the Tim Burton car design (I can see some Burton-esque fins at the back top) and sports the big wheels of Chris Nolan’s Tumbler. And let’s not overlook that exhaust port where the flames will inevitably fire out from.

The Man of Steel sequel, aka Batman Vs. Superman, with Zack Snyder at the helm, is set for May 6th, 2016 and stars Henry Cavill (Superman), Ben Affleck (Batman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White) and Holly Hunter.
