Hasbro kicked off their 2015 Toy Fair by unveiling, among other licenses, the next wave of upcoming products in their Star Wars lines at their annual  Entertainment Brand Preview Event in Midtown Manhattan.

Before we get too ahead of ourselves, as you know by now unfortunately nothing was revealed from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Previous Toy Fairs have given us first look reveals, sneak peeks and even some spoilers to upcoming highly anticipated movies, but the Star Wars camp is still keeping everything under an extra heavy lock and key. I would expect the Star Wars Celebration in April will be the official kick off to the countdown.

What we did see was the first Star Wars Furby, an impressive Lightsaber construction set, Star Wars Play-Doh sets, as well as additions to Hero Mashers, the 6″ Black Series and Galactic Heroes,

Meet Furbacca, the first Star Wars Furby. This little fuzzball hums the Star Wars Theme in his own special Wookie-esque gargle as well as the Imperial March when patted on the head.

For all us Padawans ready to take the final step to becoming a Jedi, coming this fall is Star Wars Bladebuilders. With this system of interchangeable hilts, blades and other lightsaber parts, you can create an array of different crazy combinations limited only by your ambition.
