It’s day two of Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, Florida. The Golden Ticket for the four-day fan event surely was today’s The Last Jedi panel. As expected, in addition to the stars appearing on stage, the first teaser trailer and poster were unleashed!
Cast members including Daisy Ridley (Rey), John Boyega (Finn), Kelly Marie Tran (Rose), BB-8 and Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) joined director/screenwriter Rian Johnson and Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy onstage to talk to the packed house of fans, many of whom slept overnight to get a highly coveted seat in the convention hall.
OK…. Without further adieu here is the first look at the beyond highly anticipated follow-up to The Force Awakens:
“Breathe. Now reach out. What do you see?”

Written and directed by Rian Johnson (Looper), The Last Jedi stars returning cast members Daisy Ridley (Rey), John Boyega (Finn), Oscar Isaac (Poe Dameron), Adam Driver (Kylo Ren), Domhnall Gleeson (General Hux), Lupita Nyong’o (Maz Kanata), Andy Serkis (Snoke), Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma), Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) and the late Carrie Fisher (General Leia). Joining them are Benicio Del Toro, Laura Dern, and Kelly Marie Tran (Rose).
Star Wars: The Last Jedi is set for release December 15, 2017.
