A teaser poster image for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story featuring the Death Star looming in the Scarif sky debuted at Star Wars Celebration 2016 to the delight of the thousands of fans attending in London.
During the Q&A panel, director Gareth Edwards revealed the image teasing the beach battle between the early Rebel Alliance and Imperial Shore Troopers along with the tagline “A Rebellion built on hope.”
The cast is lead by Felicity Jones (Jyn Erso) and also stars Diego Luna, Forest Whitaker, Mads Mikkelsen, Ben Mendelsohn, Riz Ahmed, Alan Tudyk, Donnie Yen and Genevieve O’Reilly (Mon Mothma).
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story hits theaters December 16, 2016.
