The Ghostbusters reboot starring Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon as the new paranormal exterminators is shooting in Boston under director Paul Feig (Bridesmaids, The Heat). Feig took to twitter and shared some awesome images with fans.
The recent set photos that surfaced online didn’t offer too much, not even a shot of Leslie Jones. But the reboot’s Gatekeeper did reveal the new looks for the iconic uniforms and ghost bustin’ proton packs the all-female team will be wearing. Hopefully Feig will keep up with the awesome trend of releasing official production and behind-the-scenes images during filming.

The new proton pack looks a little worse for wear, possibly assembled from old parts by the team. It still sports a wand cannon and looks to use radioactive power (with a heart in the center of the symbol).

Paul Fieg’s Ghostbusters stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth and is set to opens on July 22, 2016.
