Toyota has released a promo video that reunites Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd to talk about the fictional future tech of 2015 in Back To The Future, Part II and what has become a reality since the film hit theaters. Check out the short preview promo released today.

In the all too brief 45 seconds of the “Diner” preview, the Back To The Future icons sit across from one another chatting up the hit or miss predictions of the first follow-up film that featured memorable scenes taking place in the then future 2015. No matter what, it’s simply a joy to see Fox and Lloyd back together again joking about fax machines and self tying sneakers.

There will be no shortage of Back To The Future 30th Anniversary related events and surprises in the next week as we ramp that day Marty arrived in 2015 with Doc Brown, Einstein and his girlfriend Jennifer.

The full “Diner” video will be released on October 21st to coincide the release of the auto maker’s Mirai hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. If you recall, Marty drove a Toyota Tacoma 4×4 truck in the trilogy.
